Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility
To support ongoing and future growth, the City is advancing the development of the new Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility. This critical infrastructure will significantly increase wastewater treatment capacity, enhance environmental sustainability, and unlock major opportunities for future development within the city and surrounding region.
The project is being delivered through a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) model, which promotes early and continuous collaboration between the City, designers, and contractors. This approach improves project control, enhances constructability, increases cost certainty, and reduces overall risk.
The Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility is a vital investment in the City’s infrastructure that will:
- Support long-term population and economic growth
- Improve wastewater treatment performance
- Enhance environmental sustainability
The City will continue to provide updates as the project progresses.
