St. George Street and Pearl Street Construction
The St. George Street and Pearl Street Reconstruction project has been prioritized to address replacement of watermain, replacement of sanitary sewer, new storm sewers, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and new asphalt driving surface. The proposed design follows the City’s Complete Street Guidelines to make the street accessible for roadway users of all ages and abilities.
The project schedule is shown below:
- Tentative Start Date – Week of May 4th, 2026
- Anticipated Completion – Mid September 2026
